Your agreement runs for one year from the date of purchase and renews automatically each year unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice before the renewal date. Renewal ensures uninterrupted service and keeps your current rate locked in for the following twelve months.
If you need to cancel your website subscription with Sketch Your Brand, you have two options. You may pay a one-time fee – based on your subscription length – to retain your website, website content, and domain ownership. In this case, website hosting becomes your responsibility, either through Jaiden Group Go or a hosting provider of your choice.
Alternatively, you may fully opt out of the website service. If you choose this option, your website, content, assets, and domain will be permanently deleted from our system within 30 days of cancellation.
