If you need to cancel your subscription, you have two options. You can pay a one-time fee—based on your subscription length—to retain your website, content, and domain, at which point hosting becomes your responsibility, either through Jaiden Group Go or a provider of your choice. Alternatively, you can fully opt out, in which case your website, content, assets, and domain will be permanently deleted from our system within 30 days.
