Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jaiden Group LLC, doing business as Sketch Your Brand (“SYB”). By clicking “Submit,” you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below for the duration of one (1) year. This Service Level Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of SYB’s website creation, branding, and digital presence management services.

2. Term and Renewal

This Agreement remains in effect for one (1) year from the date of initial purchase and automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides at least 30 days’ written notice of cancellation prior to renewal. Renewal ensures continued service and locks in your existing rate for the following twelve (12) months.

3. Scope of Work and Service Start

Upon receipt of the initial payment and completion of the onboarding consultation, and subject to the Client’s timely submission of required materials, information, and approvals, SYB will begin creating the Client’s website and digital assets within five (5) business days.

Any delay in the Client’s availability or responsiveness, including failure to provide content, feedback, or access credentials, may extend the project timeline without constituting a breach of this Agreement by SYB.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are billed monthly (or as otherwise specified) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments exceeding ten (10) days may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full.

5. Ownership and Early Termination

All websites, branding, and creative materials remain the property of SYB until all payments have been made in full.

If you cancel before completing the one-year term, you may:
(a) Pay a prorated one-time transfer fee – based on your subscription length and tier – to retain ownership of your website, content, and domain (after which hosting becomes your responsibility); or
(b) Opt out entirely, in which case your website, content, assets, and domain will be permanently deleted within 30 days, with no further fees due.

Upon completion of the one-year term and full payment, ownership transfers to you.

6. Customer and Company Obligations

Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate business information, content, and timely feedback.
SYB Responsibilities: Deliver services professionally, communicate progress, and provide reasonable support consistent with your selected package.
Failure by either party to meet obligations may constitute a breach if not remedied within fifteen (15) days of written notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neither SYB nor the Client will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SYB’s total liability will not exceed the total fees paid under this Agreement.

8. Independent Contractor

SYB operates as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between SYB and the Client and supersedes all prior discussions or representations. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
