Welcome to Sketch Your Brand (SYB). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By clicking “Submit,” you agree to these terms for the duration of one year.

2. Agreement Term

By subscribing to any package, you agree to a one-year commitment starting from the date of purchase.

3. Service Description

Our service packages include various features as outlined on our website. Specific details of each package can be found in the package descriptions.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due monthly or as otherwise specified in your package plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Early Termination Policy

If you decide to cancel your subscription you can pay a one-time fee—based on your subscription length—to retain your website, content, and domain, at which point hosting becomes your responsibility, either through Jaiden Group Go or a provider of your choice. Alternatively, you can fully opt out, in which case your website, content, assets, and domain will be permanently deleted from our system within 30 days, with no additional fees or charges.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

Your agreement will automatically renew at the end of the one-year term unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. To cancel, please contact our customer service team.

7. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate information and notify us of any changes. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

SYB will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which SYB operates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Submit,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You understand that if you cancel your subscription, you may either (a) pay a one-time fee—based on your subscription length and tier—to retain your website, content, and domain, or (b) forfeit all assets and domain ownership, with all associated data permanently deleted from our system within 30 days.
