There’s nothing flashy about the steak night – just consistency, genuine care for customers, and pride in doing things the right way, every time.
We stopped by for dinner on Mike’s steak night almost two months ago, and since that first visit, Audrey – our designated “taste tester” and often the most honest voice at the table – has asked to return at least twice. Not out of novelty, but out of genuine craving.
When talking through the “why”, the same words kept surfacing: delicious, tender, flavorful, and convenient.
